Answer: Topeka has a large staff and a lot of them are enthusiastic about these services and integrate them into their routine activities.

Answer: Started out on Meebo, but transitioned to Library Help. Also use a Facebook widget and have IM messaging integrated into their catalog
Question: What advice would you give to SirsiDynix to improve their digital experience?
Answer: Looks like they're moving in the right direction, esp. with mobile platforms. Quality mobile presence is going to be increasingly key to the user experience. Easier to use tools on the customer side to implement customization would be nice.
Question: why did you stop using Meebo?
Answer: Meebo was a good quick way of getting started. LibraryH3lp was more fully-featured and better as an enterprise solution.
Question: Where do you find customization resources for the Topeka HIP
Answer: There are a lot of web-geeks at Topeka library who are given the institution's blessing to play!
